Shipping Policy
1. General Shipping Information
1.1 We ship to addresses within Germany, the European Union (EU), and selected international countries.
1.2 Please note that self-collection of goods is not possible for logistical reasons.
1.3 Standard In-Stock Orders: These are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.
2. Pre-Order Items
2.1 Definition: Items marked as "Pre-Order" are products that are not currently in stock but are available for advance purchase. These items are often limited editions or made-to-order.
2.2 Estimated Shipping Times: Pre-order items have specific production and delivery timelines. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the following estimated shipping windows:
 * Standard Pre-Orders: Typically ship within 30 to 90 days from the date of purchase.
* Extended Pre-Orders: In some cases (e.g., complex manufacturing or imported goods), shipping may take up to 120 days or 6 months.
  2.3 Updates: We will communicate any significant production delays via e-mail.
  2.4 Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will generally be held until the pre-order items are ready to ship. If you wish to receive your in-stock items immediately, please place two separate orders.
  2.5 Payment: Payment for pre-order items is collected at the time of checkout to secure your reservation of the product.
3. Digital Products (Downloads, Tickets, Vouchers)
3.1 For digital content (e.g., software, audio files, PDF tickets, e-vouchers), there are no shipping costs.
3.2 Digital products are delivered via e-mail or as a direct download link immediately after the payment process is completed.
3.3 Please ensure your e-mail address is correct. If you do not receive an e-mail within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
4. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times (Physical Goods)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination.
A) Shipping to EU Countries
* Cost: 14.99€ flat rate.
* Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days.
* Carrier: DHL
B) International Shipping (Non-EU)
* Cost: 24.99€ flat rate.
* Estimated Delivery Time: 10–31 business days.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
5.1 For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g., UK, USA, Switzerland), additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.
5.2 These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.
6. Tracking Your Order
6.1 Once your physical order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number (if applicable to the chosen shipping method).
6.2 You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
7. Failed Delivery
7.1 If a package cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or if the package was not claimed from a pickup station within the holding period, the package will be returned to us.
7.2 In such cases, the customer is responsible for the costs of the failed delivery and any return shipping fees. Re-shipping will require a new shipping fee payment.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
8.1 If you receive a damaged package, please document the damage with photos immediately and report it to the carrier upon delivery if possible.
8.2 Please contact us at support@legatumnoctis.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.
